SudokuMe
Effective date: May 2, 2026
Developer: gamicron

Data We Collect
Player Identity
SudokuMe creates and stores a player identifier, such as a player UUID and display name. This is used to keep your profile, game results, leaderboard entries, live-session participation, entitlements, moderation status, and related app records connected to the same player.
Gameplay Content
SudokuMe collects gameplay-related data such as solve results, times, difficulty, purity signals, live-session results, leaderboard entries, Hall of Fame records, and uploaded or generated Sudoku board data. This data is used to operate the game, run leaderboards, support live sessions, validate boards, and help detect inconsistent or unfair play.
Optional Photos
If you choose to set a profile image, SudokuMe uploads and stores that image so it can be shown as your avatar in the app. This is optional.
Purchases and Entitlements
SudokuMe uses StoreKit purchase and trial entitlement information to unlock paid features and keep access consistent across the app and backend. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple and are not collected by SudokuMe.
Device Identifiers
SudokuMe may store an Apple Push Notification service device token so it can send live-session and app-related notifications. Third-party advertising SDKs may also collect device-level identifiers as described below.
Coarse Location
SudokuMe may store a country code for country leaderboards and profile display. Third-party advertising or consent SDKs may also process coarse location information for their services.
Usage and Diagnostic Data
SudokuMe may collect usage data needed for app functionality and internal operational metrics, such as ad-supported access state, gameplay activity counters, and live-session activity. Third-party SDKs may collect product interaction, advertising, crash, performance, and other diagnostic data.
How We Use Data
SudokuMe uses collected data for:
- App functionality, including profiles, gameplay, leaderboards, live sessions, purchases, notifications, moderation, and support of core features.
- Security, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, and integrity checks.
- Internal analytics and operational metrics to understand app usage and improve reliability.
- Advertising functionality provided by third-party advertising partners.
SudokuMe does not use player gameplay content, profile photos, purchase history, or player IDs for tracking across apps or websites.
Third-Party Services
SudokuMe uses third-party services that may collect or process data:
- Supabase: backend database, storage, edge functions, and operational infrastructure.
- Apple StoreKit: in-app purchases and entitlement handling.
- Apple Push Notification service: push notification delivery.
- Google Mobile Ads: advertising and ad-related measurement.
- Google User Messaging Platform: consent and messaging support for advertising.
These providers may process data according to their own privacy practices. Google Mobile Ads may use device identifiers for tracking purposes depending on user consent, platform settings, and applicable law.
Tracking
SudokuMe's own backend data is not used to track users across third-party apps or websites.
Because SudokuMe includes Google Mobile Ads, device identifiers collected by that SDK may be used for tracking. You can control advertising tracking permissions through iOS privacy settings and any consent prompts shown in the app.
Data Linked to You
Some data is linked to your player identity, including:
- Player ID and display name
- Gameplay content and leaderboard results
- Profile image, if you upload one
- Purchase and entitlement state
- APNs device token
- Country code
- App usage data tied to your player record
Some third-party diagnostic data, such as crash or performance data collected by Google SDKs, may not be linked to your identity according to those SDKs' privacy manifests.
Data Sharing
SudokuMe does not sell your personal data.
Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the app, provide backend services, deliver notifications, process purchases, show ads, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the app and its users.
Data Retention
SudokuMe keeps player, gameplay, leaderboard, entitlement, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain leaderboards and records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate the service.
Temporary transfer tokens and similar short-lived credentials are designed to expire or be removed after use.
Camera and Photo Library
SudokuMe uses the camera to scan Sudoku boards and may use the photo library when you choose an image. Board scanning is used to read Sudoku puzzles into the app. Profile images are uploaded only if you choose to set one.
Children
SudokuMe is not intended to collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Your Choices
You can:
- Edit your display name in the app.
- Remove or replace your profile image.
- Manage purchases and subscriptions through Apple.
- Control push notifications in iOS Settings.
- Control tracking and advertising permissions in iOS Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy when app features, backend services, third-party SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when the policy changes.

Prompt Library
Effective date: June 12, 2026
Developer: gamicron
Contact: privacy@gamicron.com
Data We Collect
Your Prompt Library
Prompts, titles, remarks, and labels are stored in a local database on your device. Prompt Library has no account system and no login. gamicron does not maintain a server-side copy of your library, does not collect usage analytics, and shows no advertising.
AI Label Analysis
When you choose to analyse a prompt, its text (up to 2,000 characters) is sent over an encrypted connection to a gamicron server, which forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API to generate label suggestions. The text is used only to produce the suggestions returned to your device; gamicron does not store prompt content on its servers. Analysis requests are authenticated with short-lived session tokens — no persistent identifier is attached to them.
Companion Sessions
Connecting the companion web app transfers your library over an encrypted connection through a gamicron relay to the browser you scanned the QR code with. The browser holds this copy only for the duration of the session and clears it when the session ends. If one device is temporarily offline, pending changes may be queued on the relay for up to 24 hours, after which they are deleted. The relay never keeps a persistent copy of your library.
How We Use Data
Data is processed only to provide the features described above: storing your library on your device, generating label suggestions you request, and synchronising with a companion session you initiate.
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare: hosts the relay and AI endpoint and serves the companion web app.
- Anthropic: processes prompt text you submit for analysis to generate label suggestions.
These providers may process data according to their own privacy practices. No data is shared with advertising or analytics providers.
Tracking
Prompt Library does not track you across apps or websites and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Data Retention
Your library is retained on your device until you delete prompts or remove the app. Server-side, only session metadata and queued sync changes exist, and both expire within 24 hours.
Camera
The camera is used solely to scan the QR code that starts a companion session. No images are stored or transmitted.
Your Choices
- Export a complete backup of your library at any time, from the phone or the companion.
- End a companion session to clear the browser copy of your library.
- Delete prompts in the app, or delete the app to remove the entire library.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy when app features, backend services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when the policy changes.
